Registered where the work is
Local Community Contractor status is granted through Oman’s Joint Supplier Registration System to companies wholly owned by permanent residents of a designated concession-area wilayat. Operators use the designation to channel procurement toward the communities that host their fields, so an award to an LCC is a commitment met and recorded rather than a gesture made.
